ICM was founded in 1996. The company was structured on the lifelong experiences and education of Warren Gilbert, Jr.  Warren and his wife Lynda spent decades dreaming, saving, risking and learning.  Upon retiring, Warren entrusted the leadership of ICM to his lifelong, loyal employees to be able to continue their work.  Warren passed in 2022 and though he is no longer present to consult for his vast collection of wisdom, his legacy lives on through the work of ICM and its people.
